MOLD REMEDIATION

We provide a controlled demolition environment within a negative air pressure containment to remove all mold impacted material, following the llCRC S520 standards and using processes such as resurfacing, disinfecting, dry ice blasting, air scrubbing and hepa-vacuuming of all affected areas within the containment.

THERMAL IMAGING

Unlike other cameras, Thermal Imaging Camera can be used in all types of harsh industrial environments to find moisture and contain electrical and mechanical systems quickly and accurately. Using the most advanced temperature detection and laser targeting technology, the Thermal Imaging camera provides a safe and accurate method of detecting problems in potentially hazardous electrical environments.

DRY ICE BLASTING

Dry Ice Blasting cleans surfaces by spraying a high-velocity stream of dry ice pellets; the dry ice flash-freezes contaminants, breaking the bond with the surface. The thrust of air removes the contaminant and the dry ice quickly sublimates into harmless Co2 gas. Dry Ice Blasting is perfect for removing mold, paint, graffiti, rust, oil, adhesives, tar or other built-up residues without harming the surfaces themselves. Dry Ice Blasting is chemical-free, can be used on many surfaces where sandblasting or other methods are not effective and leaves no messy granules to clean up.
ODOR REMOVAL
Advanced Pro can remove strong and lasting odors that can render a home, building or car uninhabitable by removing the odor source, rather than just masking the odor. Using top of the line equipment such as Odor Neutralizers, Ozone Generators and Thermal Foggers, a “pairing agent” actually bonds with the odor molecule, changing its chemical structure and thus completely neutralizing the odor at the molecular level.

SEWAGE CLEANUP

Advanced Pro will clean up “CAT 3”spills which include sewage, ground water and any drain system backflow. These spills are biohazards and must be handled with specific methods and equipment. Advanced Pro technicians are trained and equipped to contain and clean up “CAT 3” spills.
